make this product in omalon foam which is like a memory foam.
Not worth the money and wrongly advertised. Very dissapointed. This compresses to 3-4 inches

Placed under a foam mattress and gives some slant. I have to warn anyone that want a steeper slant this is not for you. Somehow I expected achieving a steeper slant but for us this does work well. Graduates from about 5-6 inches across top of bed down to 1 " at bottom. Remember mine is placed under another mattress, it may be a little higher if on top of bed. Because it is a full wedge much more comfortable than something under just top of the bed.It gives the same experiance if you raised the bed frame, which we could not do.
